2. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order that is found to contain inaccurate information. Payment is processed through trusted European gateways, and your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised.

3. Delivery Across Europe

Hay Hub ships to addresses across the European Union. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on destination, weather, and carrier capacity. Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are handed to you or your designated recipient. If a delivery is late or damaged, contact our team and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In line with EU consumer law, private customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal on sealed, unopened products. For perishable, opened or partially used hay, the right of withdrawal does not apply for hygiene and animal-health reasons. 5. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Hay Hub website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content at scale, or upload malicious code. We reserve the right to block any user that breaches these Terms and Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photographs of bales, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Hay Hub or licensed to us. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish or commercially exploit any material without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hay Hub’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of livestock condition, where such loss does not result directly from a defect in the product delivered. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the member state in which Hay Hub is established, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
